Maintaining our energy field on a daily basis.

You asked to know how we can preserve our energy field and our space, so I prepared this article for you in a sea of love💜

First of all, in order to prevent negative energies from entering your space, try to avoid being in the company of people with low energy, with compressed energy, avoid shopping, remember that what you say, what you feel, is what you attract to you.

We are an energy magnet and we magnetize energy to me every moment, whether we like what we magnetized or not.

💎Make sure to purify daily with sage, copal, palo santo, rosemary or selenite around you, especially if you were in a place with low energy.

💎 Make sure to purify your space every day or whenever you feel it is necessary, such as after anger, sadness, fights, etc....

💎Make sure to stop from time to time and ask yourself your physical body, how do you feel?

If you feel that you have some dense, compressed energy, etc... take 7 (7 is the number of healing) deep breaths and with every breath you take

Imagine a huge light that illuminates every cell in your body and with every exhalation, be sure to exhale as long as possible and release stuck energies.

💎 Add frequency music in your space, the 174 Hz frequency is considered a grounding frequency, helps to be here and now and is also a frequency that helps relieve pain🧘‍♀️

Before going to bed, be careful of five things:

1. Drinking a cup of chamomile or lavender tea two hours before, without caffeine.

2. A cleansing shower, can be physical and can be energetic, just imagine ourselves under a waterfall of water, water of light that purifies every cell in our body.

3. As a therapist for anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD, I have made sure that my patients over the years do not watch the news, horror and action movies, certainly not before bed, remember that the last thing you see, do or say is when you go to sleep.

4. Be sure to light a candle and write at least 5 prayers for that day.

5. Take lavender essential oil, put one drop on your finger, put it under your nose, in one nostril and take a deep breath, move to the other nostril and take a deep breath again. (Make sure there is no allergy) The smell of lavender enters our blood system and helps our systems to relax, especially the nervous system .

You can also drip two drops on the corner of the pillow.

6. Recommended crystals for the bedroom: Sudlite, Lapidolite and Amethyst.

Crystals not recommended are clean quartz and carnelian which raise the frequency.
