A crystal recommendation for a bedtime ritual.

A recommended ritual every night before bed 🌟

💎You can take even one thing that you connect with and adopt it as a new and blessed habit before your sleep💎

1. Crystal bath, you can place candles around the bath (carefully) and crystals that you choose intuitively, ones that you really like and are good for you They will be harmed or those who excrete substances that are not beneficial to our physical body when they are in the water.

Our recommendation: amethyst, rose quartz, shungite, smokey. 💜💖🤍

2. Sounds and frequencies - YouTube is full of meditative music and frequencies. 🙏

3. Drink chamomile/lavender/valerian tea together, of course without caffeine, an hour plus before you go to bed.

4. Remember that the last thing you see or hear is what you go to sleep with....so if you chose to watch TV (I'm less in favor of it🤔) please don't watch news or action movies. If it's TV, then movies or series that only do you good 🙏

5. Before going to sleep, lie on your back, legs parallel, hands by the sides of the body with open palms upwards.

Take deep breaths, feel with each breath how your body relaxes, you feel lighter, more liberated.

You can add crystals in the palms of your hands or on the third eye.

I highly recommend taking lavender essential oil, which is known as an essential oil that helps reduce stress, anxiety, and slow down the rhythm of brain waves.
